Engaging is all about the impact we have on others, how we connect with our colleagues and how we simulate thinking and have an impact on the energy
Engaging is all about the impact we have on others, how we connect with our colleagues and how we simulate thinking and have an impact on the energy of others. We all want to come across as positive, energetic and to give a good impression. Often the impact intended is not the same as the impact felt by the others around us.
What is our impact in our organisation and research team? How do we engage and inspire our colleagues? What is our mentoring style? In this vivid workshop, we discover our engaging power and impact, how we can best connect with our colleagues in a strong and meaningful way, what are the basic practices for engaging and empowering our team to achieve our common goals.
